We are after somebody who has the skills and leadership to get stuck in, pay attention to the detail, manage a crew of landscapers and can work well on their own. A good level of fitness, strength and attitude will be required. This job is hands on, labour intensive and very rewarding.
Gardener
Must be reliable, motivated, enthusiastic about work, good communication skills and hardworking.
Applicants are prefered to but not limited to:
- Good plant and gardening knowledge
- Keen eye for detail
- Passion for working with plants
- Horticultural qualification
- Confidence in working with machinery ie. hedge trimmer, weed eater and lawn mower.
A horticultural qualification and full drivers licence would be an advantage.
Hard Landscaper
Must be fit, strong and reliable; Have a good work ethic and passion for the industry, great time management skills. A people oriented person that thrives in a team environment and isn't afraid to push boundaries. Ideally will bring construction and horticultural knowledge, experience and a good attitude to the table. A presentable and friendly engaging person. Full drivers licence
Landscape Team Leader
Traits needed for this position, strong leadership, keen attention to detail, reliability, great communication skills, a passion for the industry.
3+ years of experience in managing a work site and team.
Have the ability to lead a crew of landscapers to produce an excellent outcome. Understanding the construction and planting process to accurately quote and order material quantities. Understanding of health and safety requirements. Full drivers licence will be required.
