Do you work with body corporates?
Yes. Body corporates are one of our core commercial verticals. Scheduled visits at agreed intervals, written reports, KPI tracking, seasonal planning, one point of contact for all committee queries. We handle apartment buildings, townhouse developments and gated communities across Auckland.

Can you handle multi-site contracts?
Yes. We’re set up for the scheduling, reporting and consistency that multi-site work requires. One account manager per portfolio, standardised visit reports, and shared documentation so property managers can compare sites side by side.
How do you respond to tenders and RFPs?
We’re set up for the documentation. Send us the tender and we’ll respond with structured pricing, our capability statement, insurance certificates, references and any specific requirements the tender asks for. We acknowledge receipt on the first business day and confirm a full response date at that time.
How is commercial billing structured?
Rolling monthly billing based on the agreed maintenance schedule, with any additional work quoted and invoiced separately. Annual review before contract renewal. Written service-level agreement for larger contracts.
